All of our firewood is certified under the government’s Woodsure Ready to Burn scheme, so you know you’re getting top-quality logs every time.
Our kiln-dried ash logs have a moisture content of under 20%, meaning they burn hotter, cleaner, and more efficiently. Using quality firewood not only gives you a warmer fire but also helps keep your chimney cleaner for longer.

How soon can I expect my Abbey Logs order to be delivered?
We aim to deliver orders within 5 working days
Is it possible to specify a delivery day?
We will do our upmost to accommodate you but it isn’t always possible during busy periods
How should I store logs to maintain the quality?
Store your firewood in a dry, ventilated area, off the ground to prevent moisture absorption and decay, ensuring it remains dry and ready for burning.
How are my logs delivered?
Barrow bags will be delivered using a sack barrow. As long as your access is wide enough we can generally position these exactly where you would like them, a few steps are fine but we are unable to carry them up flights of stairs.
Our bulk bags are delivered using a pallet truck. To ensure smooth delivery, the access must be flat and even with at least a 1.1m opening.
We’re unable to move bulk bags across gravel, loose surfaces, steep inclines, or up stairs. Not sure if your access is suitable? Just give us a call before placing your order — we’ll be happy to advise.
Do I need to be home to accept delivery?
You don’t need to be in to receive your delivery — we’re more than happy to drop them off if nobody’s at home. Just let us know where you would like the bags left, and we’ll do our best to place them exactly where you want them.
