Responsibility, safety, ecological soundness and foresight are our guiding principles. Every step of the BIOMASS process is under scrupulous supervision from planting to delivery.
- Preparations
We do not engage in forestry but partner with FSC certified forests, ensuring ethical sourcing. We personally assess the forest condition and raw material quality.
- Processing
Logs are split into firewood and dried in wood kilns. Drying takes 3 days to a week to reach optimal moisture levels, followed by dry open-air storage.
- Bulk Bag
All vehicles require a level surface for unloading – all wheels need to be level to operate the tail lift.
The pallet pump truck has very small wheels and cannot move on these surfaces as the wheels get trapped when they sink into the soft surfaces.
The pallet truck cannot be controlled on slopes due to the weight on the pallet. Pushing almost 1 tonne up a slight gradient is not possible for 1 man.
