General Information

We aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days. Once your order has been placed, we’ll get in touch to confirm a delivery date. Deliveries are made using either a Sprinter or Luton-sized van.

Free delivery is available on all orders of £70 or more.

For orders under £70, we may still be able to deliver for a small additional charge — please get in touch to find out.
Please note that we only deliver to our local area and are unable to deliver nationwide. Use the postcode checker below to see if we deliver to your address.

Collections

If you would rather collect your order, we have boot bags and kindling available and ready for collection. Just give us a call before you come over to make sure someone is available — this helps avoid any wasted trips.

Barrow Bags

Barrow bags are delivered with a sack barrow. As long as your access is wide enough, we can usually place them exactly where you would like. A few steps are no problem, but please note we can not carry bags up full flights of stairs, in this instance we would have to leave them at the bottom of the stairs for you.

Bulk Bags

Bulk bags are delivered in a Luton van using a pallet truck. Because of their size and weight, delivery is only possible to properties with flat, level access. We’re unable to move bulk bags across gravel, loose surfaces, steep inclines, lips, or stairs.

Stacking Service

We’re happy to offer a convenient stacking service for our barrow bags for a small additional fee. Please note, this service is not available for bulk bags.

You can add this option when you add the product to your cart, or simply let us know when placing your order over the phone.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure:

• The area where you would like the logs stacked is accessible by a sack truck, we will need to wheel the bag to the stacking location
• The path from our vehicle to the stacking area is clear of any obstructions before our arrival (bins, tools, garden items, toys etc…) 
• The stacking area is not up a flight of stairs, a few steps are fine but we cannot carry the bags up flights of stairs
• If no one is going to be home when we deliver please ensure clear instructions are left for where you would like the logs stacked
• If access to the stacking location is inside or through your property, please note that we will need to wheel the bag to the location on a sack truck and this could mark or leave dirt on your floor

Our delivery team will always do their best to meet your request, but they have the final say on safe access and stacking locations.
